What is Tang Soo Do?
Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean martial art built on striking, forms (hyung), and self-defense principles rooted in classical Karate. It emphasizes character development alongside physical technique.
What ages do you teach?
We offer programs for ages 5 and up: Little Dragons (5–11 groups), Kids Tang Soo Do (8–11), Teens Tang Soo Do (12–15), Adult Martial Arts (16+), and Family Martial Arts for all ages training together.
Do I need experience to start?
No. All of our programs are beginner-friendly, and most students start with zero martial arts background.
Can I try a class before enrolling?
Yes. Trial classes are available and encouraged so families can experience the program firsthand.
Is Tang Soo Do good for self-defense?
Yes. It teaches situational awareness, boundary-setting, and practical striking technique alongside traditional forms training.
